Complaint and Resolution Policy & Process

Participants may submit complaints about any aspect of a program by email to compliance@foodallergycounseling within 30 days of completing an online program. 
Complaints will be reviewed within 10 business days by the ACEP Administrator. A written response will be provided within 15 business days. A complaint will not be considered closed until resolution is reached between parties. 

Refund Policy

Refunds will be granted within 7 business days of purchase of an individual learning program.  No refunds will be provided for cancellations received past 7 business days after online purchase. 

In the event of program cancellation by the provider that requires purchase, a full refund will be issued or a credit toward a future program will be offered.

Non-Discrimination Policy

We are committed to providing accessible learning environments. If you require accommodations due to a disability, please contact us at [email protected]  at least 14 days prior to live event or 14 days after enrolling in home study online program. We will work with you to meet your needs in compliance with ADA guidelines.

Privacy Policy

Participant information is kept confidential and used only for internal recordkeeping and reporting purposes and as required by continuing education accrediting agencies. We do not sell, share, or distribute participant information to third parties. Evaluation data is aggregated and anonymized before being shared with continuing education accrediting agencies.
